Ingredients
Noodles
1-2 cups pinenuts or other nuts
5 zucchinis
1/2 cup hempseeds
2-3 cloves garlic
2 large green onions
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup water
Sea salt
Topping
1-2 cups chiffonaded spinach
1/2 cup minced cilantro and basil
1-2 cups sliced mushrooms
Recipe Directions
1. Spiralize the zucchinis.
2 Vitamix pinenuts, hempseeds, garlic, green onions, lemon juice and water.
3. Mix into the zucchinis
4. Top with the topping
