Ingredients
1 cup pinenuts
3 cup filtered water
stevia,dates, or honey to taste
Recipe Directions
Soak pine nuts for 8 hrs, drain water and let sprout for another 8 hrs. Place the soaked pine nuts in a blender, and blend until creamy. You might have to add some additional water so that the nuts are blended well. Place the cream in a jar and cover the top of the jar with a paper towel with a rubber band to secure it. Place the jar in a warm area for 20 hrs. Place the jar in the refrigerator and leave for 5 hrs. Remove jar from the frige and pour the remaining 2 cups of water in the jar. The drink will taste sour if you do not sweeten it with anything so I do recommend you add some type of sweetener. Congrats you just made a fermented drink which is rich a creamy, and contains live healthy bacteria for your tummy :)

This sounds really interesting and like it would be a good base for a salad dressing!
