1 cup raisins
1 cup sultanas
1 cup dates
1 cup dried apricots
1 cup dried figs
1 cup cashews
1 cup pecans
1 cup walnuts
1 cup Brazil nuts
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds, unhulled
1 cup flax seeds
Recipe Directions
- Mix all of the ingredients together, then place small amounts in a food processor and process until fine, or desired texture.
- Store in a suitable container and eat for breakfast, with water or nut milk, and raw agave nectar to taste.
