I was low on food so I whipped this up with what I had available. This will tie me over until I can get to the farmers market in the morning!

4 bananas
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons raw honey
1 cup water
1 cup ice
Recipe Directions
1. Grind flax seeds into powder.
2. Add ground flax seeds and the rest of ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
