Ingredients
¾ cup cashew butter
2 tablespoons cacao nibs
3 tablespoons cacao powder
2 chocolate truffles (chopped)
2 tablespoons agave or yacon syrup
½ teaspoon maca powder
1 teaspoon carob powder
2 pinches of sea salt
1 banana (sliced)
Recipe Directions
1. Mix everything together in a bowl until smooth and consistent.
2. Take some of the fudge and roll it into small balls.
3. Layer one fudge ball in between a banana slice.
