38 Yr old “mostly vegetarian” on/off Vegan for approx 20 yrs. About 2 years ago, I was diagnosed with 221 Cholesterol with only 37 of that good. At only 182 lbs (6 ft) it seemed bizarre for what I thought a very healthy eater having these issues. After months of getting my hands around my cholesterol with vegan diet changes, I was introduced to Raw Veganism with a focus on greens.
I have yet to have my Cholesterol re-checked, but plan on it very soon. I am sure that it is now at perfection.
I have spent months researching, and am now starting a company with a Raw Food chef for Raw Food Delivery Service in Austin, Tx.
I am very excited about the possibilities and look forward towards helping others make the same discoveries that I have.
