I’ve been raw off and on for the past year- although winter was a struggle. Now I’m eating mostly raw again, and also following the “Ph Miracle” diet- so no fruits (except lemons, grapefruits and limes…and technically tomatoes and avocado), and no chocolate. It’s incredible how I’m craving salad variations all day. My 2 year old daughter (who eats cooked food also) loves her raw broccoli, sugar-snap peas, arugula and dehydrated granola. My mom is now vegetarian and eating 60% raw as well!
