I am passionate about animals and veganism and endeavour to create raw food meals but find it hard to eat only raw food. I would therefore welcome any encouragement and tips from other members! I live in London and only know of one raw food cafe in Camden, London which is part of a yoga centre. I am 57 and also enjoy writing, sculpture and studying Spanish.
