i really believe in listening to our bodies when it comes to eating. for awhile, i was bombarded with so much information about how to do raw... high fat, low fat, little fruits, lots of fruits, all fruits... the more i read, the more confused i became. so now i have made a promise with myself to just listen to my body, respecting my cravings, and move one day at a time... without really labeling myself as "raw", "vegan", "80/10/10" or anything!
i think eating should be a liberating experience. not so many do's and don'ts. the more rules i put on myself, the more i want to rebel. but i find that just by listening to my body, what it likes, what it doesn't... which food i can tolerate and which gives me bad digestion... i can move forward more and more.
