I'm a from Quebec (Canada), I have 25 y-o and I studied in social sciences. I also studied in contemporary art and political sciences.
I'm actualy living in Nicaragua since 2 years, I got married with hubby who's frome this country. I'm 100% vegetarian since more than 4 years, vegan since a year and raw on and off since january.
I've been working in a natural and organical store in Montreal (QC) for 2 years, I've studied natural medecine and healty vegan nutrition.
As a lot of people here, I got some issues with my weight in the last year. I got very skinny, kind of an nervious anorexic problem. I'm just getting more and more confident about myself and eating raw is helping me staying very healthy without craving. It's also a way for me to help the environment, which I'm very preocupied about.
I'm just looking to have some raw food chef classes in NY in april. I'm so xcited about it :)
And just to let you know, because I'm living in central america it's kind of hard sometimes to have some raw food (I can't go to grezzo, for example hehe) so I started a small raw business in my town. I was doing raw cookies, granola, raw cacao bars, dehydrated fruits and veggies, etc. My business was named Mundo Grano (seed world). It was going great but I had to go back to Canada so it's kind of not working that good right now :( I was also giving nutrition classes here to some nicaraguayan people who had some questions about "how to eat healthy".
That's pretty much everything about me in this case,
