I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia (which now I have come to believe is just 'DISEASE' in general) several years ago. I just recently found out I could take my health and healing into my own hands. Since I just started my journey, I have much to learn and am soaking up as much info and as many ideas as I possibly can. I have already seen fantastic changes in my appearance: hair is more manageable, gray is going away, have lost 16 pounds, and my skin (especially my face) looks so much younger. I'm hooked and I wish everyone could know what I know and am continuing to learn. :)
