I recently moved to NW Louisiana for a job and am very interested in the raw lifestyle. I am not 100% yet, but am working through my addiction to cooked food. I am probably the only vegan in a 200 mile radius of the fried everything capital of cajun land, and would love to get some great recipes and a little support in my journey.
