I am 33 yrs of age, have a twin sister, love animals, nature, hiking, walking, traveling, reading. I have been vegetarian about 18 years or so, and am working toward breaking free of addictions to cooked and processed foods. My diet is mostly raw, but I learn every day more about myself and what works for me. I find having fresh, juicy favorite fruits and smoothies and juices ready for me in the morning kicks off my day to a good start. But if I don’t have this stuff available, I might go out and eat bread or chocolates. So having my meals ready is very important to me the next day. I find nuts and high fatty foods are the nemesis of a raw and living foods lifestyle and prevent every one of us from truly thriving as we should. “Mock” foods are the enemy of health, as well. Fruits and dark leafy greens are most important in my opinion in our diet. Nuts are last. Our diet should not be made primarily of nuts or seeds or any type of fat.
