I’m on the Specific Carbohydrate Diet and my boyfriend figured out that I could safely eat many raw recipes. Although there are still many ingredients my body cannot tolerate (flax, miso, agave etc) I can often find substitutes that work just as well for me. I also recently started eating vegetarian so finding more recipes, raw or otherwise, is important right now.
My favorite recipes (before I found this site) came from the “Raw Food, Real World” recipe book. I’m sure everyone here knows about it but if you haven’t had a chance to try some of their dishes, I recommend it!
