The day I chose to commit to a high raw food lifestyle was on August 17, 2007. Since then I have experienced incredible health and well-being, including increased energy. This journey I have been on has been quite the experience, with it's many challenges and successes. It's a journey I would never trade-in, since ultimately I feel this was the best thing I ever did for myself, and for my health.
Some background on me, I'm 46 years old, living in Gilbert, AZ, with my husband and my teenage son, and are silly cat Samantha. I work for the manufacturer of the number one brand of stevia, and the first GRAS approved stevia sweetener, SweetLeaf Sweetener.
