Hello,
I am a 54 year young woman who loves the Lord. I enjoy gardening, quilting, reading, old movies and learning more and more about nutrition and raw (and/or vegan) eating. I have a dear hubby, 3 grown children and one daughter-in-law. My husband and I became vegan almost 3 years ago for health reasons and want to tell everyone of the marvelous benefits of this lifestyle. (Even if most think we are crazy!)
