I have been on my raw journey since Dec 07. I began this journey with a series of colonics (colon hydrotherapy) and am so glad I did. I would recommend colonics to anyone!I am from sunny FL and moved to GA about a year ago. Trying to adjust to this lifestyle here, but miss FL TERRIBLY!! I am very excited by all of the raw foods and recipes I have been un-cooking. I can truly feel the difference they have made to my body. I am slowing getting my husband on board as well as my mother-in-law and parents. It seems that everyone just can’t give up their cooked meat! UGH! Anyways, slowing but surely I will be 100% raw and hopefully my family will be close behind me!
