In 2008 I weighed almost 200 pounds and was wearing a size 16. Not anymore!
Even though I was vegan, I was not healthy.
I’d drag myself out of bed in the morning, try to get some computer work done, and then after going out for a big lunch, I’d have to take a 2-hour nap afterward.
I suffered from brain fog, fluctuating moods (tending toward anxiety and depression,) I was clearly overweight, had severe intestinal/digestive issues, and rather than thriving and having an amazing life, I was just dragging through my days feeling tired and dull.
Can you relate?
But when I chose to start eating more fresh raw foods, everything changed.
I finally had decided that I deserved to feel good! So I started eating foods that made me feel good…and I started doing the inner work that helped me make these positive changes.
I started feeling way better, had tons more energy, and was so much happier. My skin became super smooth and youthful and I ran my first 5k race. And get this – I also lost 46 pounds and went from a size 16 to a size 6!
My transformation caught the eye of people around me who wanted to know how I became so happy, glowing, and healthy so they started coming to me for raw food advice, coaching, and inspiration.
Now I travel around teaching and coaching people how to make their lives more wonderful by eating raw food. It’s a beautiful thing!
