I am a 32 year old mother of 3 great kids. I own my own business, Flagstaff Healing Arts, LLC in Flagstaff, AZ providing pediatric occupational therapy, childbirth education, doula services, reiki services, and rhythm entrainment intervention (using primitive drum rhthyms to repattern the brain). I am also studying to be a midwife assistant. I just had a new baby girl, Lucy, after a 80-90% raw pregnancy! My other daughter, Ivy (4 years old), has made it easy for me to eat raw, as she chooses mostly raw foods to eat naturally…which says alot to me about what is best for our bodies! I am looking forward to meeting other raw foodists for friendship, and great recipes!
