When my boyfriend suggested we go raw after New Year’s 2008 to lose weight and get healthy, I’ll admit I balked at the idea. I love meat, I love bread and most importantly, I HATE vegetables! Even the two years I spent as a vegetarian, I hardly
ate vegetables. Once I started reading up on raw veganism, though, I was really intrigued. After 9 months of “Okay… I’ll go raw tomorrow” I’m finally going for it. I’ve compiled a list of delicious recipes from this website that not only make vegetables tolerable, but actually delicious. Thanks to everyone with great recipes on here.
