I was rushing this morning on the way to school so I just threw the remains of all the fruit I had left into the blender. It turned out to be one of those "heck yes!" recipes.
so, it all came about when i was going to make mashed potatoes..and realized i didn't have enough or a few of the ingrediants...but i went ahead and this. this the delicousnous i came up with. super duper yummy!!!
As far as I'm concerned, this is one of the quickest, most delicious desserts you can make with raw ingredients. I've also done variations on this for vanilla and banana flavored pudding.
This was a lovely mistake. I was attempting to make apple-cinnamon grawnola. I'm so used to making grawnola with dehydrated buckwheat groats (simply adding fruit and syrup to the dry groats then dehydrating), but this recipe called for soaked b.g. and I misread the recipe and didn't realize that the syrup was to be added to the soaked groats- not processed along with it! If the groats would have been dry it would have been fine. So, the outcome was bread/toast. It's the tastiest mistake I've made this year.
**The texture is soft like bread, similar to Ezekiel bread.
