I came up with this one after seeing the other one on here, but couldn’t remember what was in it so I just went to the store and got all the green items I could find that I thought would taste good together and this was the result. You can barely taste the spirulina either. Even my un-raw room mates ADORE this drink and it’s gonna be a feature in our next cocktail party!
This is a recipe that I got of the Raw family’s web site. Its awesome First u start with a fairly large butternut squash then u peel it wich can be tough. Throw it into a food processor and chop it up nice and small is the way i like it add raisins orange juice for a sweetener as well as honey or agave necture and cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. I personaly like it with curry andcloves instead of the nutmeg. Cloves also help to kill intestinal worms and have a wonderful chai flavor. This is my first recipe I have ever posted fun fun!! http://www.rawfamily.com/recipes.htm
I have this for breakfast and it keeps me hopping till noon!
I usually sprout a cup of buckwheat over 2 days and I have enough to make 2 breakfasts (2 portions each)
My favorite breakfast!
My very favorite detox. Best consumed in the morning. Don’t eat anything for at least two hours before or afterwards—beet is a powerful detoxifier. The apples make this sweet and delicious, the celery freshens it up, and the ginger gives it a little kick AND soothes the stomach.
