Hi Humanimal,he has a menu program with some recipes. Like: Autumn Menu Plan:Day one Breakfast:1.5 lbs black grapes Lunch:1 lb bananas,1 lb figs (blend figs+water to make a thick sauce,Slice the bananas into the fig sauce) Dinner:1st course:2 C orange juice,1 C pomogranade juice. 2nd course:8 oz tomatoes,8oz cucumber,8 oz yellow bell pepper (peel the cucumber,blend 3/4 of the tomato,all of the cucumber,and 3/4 of bell pepper.Dice remaining tomato and pepper as a garnish). course 3:1lb red-leaf lettuce,8 oz tomatoes,8 oz cucumber,1 oz pistachios.(Chop lettuce into a bowl.Peel and slice 1/2 of the cucumber,dice the tomato,blend the other half with pistachios and cucumberfor the dressing)
