I make the rich cheddar sauce from this site, and cut up small pieces of yellow squash & then mix them together. You can warm it in a dehydrator, on the dashboard of your car in the summer, or soak the squash in warm water before mixing.

the cheddar sauce on this site is sooo good…but i don’t use the cashews; i use 1/2 pine-nuts/ 1/2 sunflower seeds instead. it turns out similarly. i was really depressed for a while and it stopped when i cut out the cashews i had been eating regularly…i don’t know for sure that they caused it, but i steer clear of them anyway.
Wow! That is really interesting, thank you for sharing that James, I need to share the depression/cashew coincidence with a friend that eats cashews a lot…just in case that might be a depression link for her too!
