Warm water enemas or colonics could help a lot if you are bloated. Water &/or ginger can help, too. Ginger is good for digestion.

eat VERY simple green things. cucumbers, blended greens, that sort of thing.
that happened to me the other day. i ate nothing more but had a juice of a cucumber and mint. we think it was the lentils that were only partially sprouted. rest should help.
