if you get it in the store and it does not say “raw” on the label, probably not. you can make your own, there is a good recipe with zucchini instead of chickpeas. just search the recipes for hummus.
I recently made hummous with sprouted chickpeas. You have to make a `cream` out of the tahini, lemon juice and olive oil to make it really creamy! I find it tasted a little grainy but making the `cream` base first really helps to mask that.
I use Matt Amsden’s hummus recipe which uses zucchini instead of sprouted chickpeas, I can’t tell the difference. It’s in Rawvolution where there is also a fantastic recipe for raw tabouli and they go very very well together!
