They all sound good to me, especially the Almond Orange Cookies. Hope this is helpful. Happy uncooking.
You can make the most delicious fermented cheese with it: Mix in lemon juice, olive oil, salt, spices, then put it in a sprout bag and let it sit for a few days. It’s reeeaally good.
HI there, I just made a whole lot of Almond Pulp which you dehyrate and then grind into a flour to use for making tart bases. Recipe is 1/2 a cup Almond Flour, 1/2 cup of golden flax, 1/4 cup chopped peeled zucchini, 2 tablespoons raw almond butter, 1 tbs minced yellow onion, 1 and 1/2 to 3 tsp filtered water and some salt. You mix everything together and roll it into a ball, wrap in plastic and put in fridge for 20 min. Then you roll it out and cut into small rounds which you dehydrate till dry. Then you can put any kind of topping on them. I got this recipe from the book RAW – Charlie Trotter and Roxanne Klein.
I am not a fan of milk so am interested to know what I can do with the Almond milk I now have. What do you use it for?
I found these in the Recipes section, but there are surely others as well. Think I’ll try the mousse with raspberry/water, since I don’t have any almond milk. It looks and sounds delicious, and I LOVE chocolate. (It’s the first one on the list. That’s and Avocado and coconut free Chocolate Mouse)
