Goji berries, blue or blackberries, kiwi, orange, chia seed, raspberry seed, cacao nibs, lecthin and aloe vera.. 2 tablespoons of all except the berries are a quarter of a cup, the lecthin is one tablespoon and to all this I add one cup of live water… This keeps me satisfied from 6:30am until about 2pm…
I find watermelon goes a long way for me. This morning I had half a head of romaine and a lot of watermelon. Drank until I was full, was good from about 7 am until 12:30, and I have only been raw a few weeks, so I need to still eat 3-4 times per day.

I have a number of superfoods(cacoa, gogi berries, chia seed) but never sure how they mix well with others in a smoothie. I have never used lecthin though, or even seen it to buy!
Stevio – I agree with watermelon and on weekends/days off it is great, but now that school is back(I teach 7th grade) I seem to need a bit more if I am to function higher.
I use 1 banana, frozen blueberries, 1 tab flax oil, 1 scoop super green type powder, 1 tab protein powder (hemp), 1 big tab cacao, i shake of maca and then for the liquid either coconut water, almond milk,water or some combination of liquids- and I also add 1 green: either kale, chard or spinach leaves
