I haven't tried this yet - but I will in a day or two (next time I make a wrap). I'm going to adapt it from the non-raw version found herehttp://www.sweetsavvy.com/recipes/recipe.php?id=R77.
I would try 1/4 cup vinegar blended with 2 dried apricots, soaked until tender and a bit of a hot chili (or some chili flakes). If it's not sweet enough maybe just a drop of raw honey (since it's such a small amount).
If it works out I'll be posting it as an official recipe soon! Haha... I'm out of town right now and don't have access to my 'stuff'.
chris carlton's sweet chili sauce on here is heaven and really simple - a mango, a red pepper, some dates and garlic and then a little ACV (i think that's all... anyways just search it out!)
this isnt exactly sweet and sour sauce but it is very close. you use 1-3tsp ground mustard powder,1/3c apple cider vinegar,1/4c raw honey,1/3c olive oil,1-3 cloves garlic and a dash of sea salt. this one could blow your mind. make sure to always use high quality organic cold processed ingredients whenever possible.....namaste
