Make some nut mylk.
Can I make nut milk after they have already been soaked overnight and drained?
Oh yeah! I always soak my nuts overnight and then drain them before I use them. I think it makes the mylk taste better and have a better texture (also when you soak nuts they expand so I can make more nut mylk with a smaller amount of nuts). Here are the nut mylk recipes I use. You can use any kind of nut though with these recipes.
BRAZIL NUT MYLK
1 cup brazil nuts, soaked and drained
4 cups water
1 tbs. vanilla extract
2 tbs. coconut oil/butter

You could also just dehydrate them.
Would they freeze, I wonder?
