I buy agave from Wholefoods when I’m in Florida for about $6.50 for the larger bottle, $4.50ish for the smaller bottle. Haven’t bought cacao yet, but can get it at the local health food store I believe, and we don’t live in a huge city.
i make a trip to wholefoods about once a week. I also have a few smaller health food stores nearby – but i tend to order a lot of my stuff online. (sunfood.com/rawguru.com etc..) Im not honestly sure how much everything costs.. i havent looked in a while. (I do know my grocery bill has gone waaay down after switching to to Raw!)
We have a grocery store here called Sprouts that has a lot of health stuff. I got raw agave for about 4.50ish and I think it was 16oz
omigosh.. it just seems way more expensive online
Green Acres (wichita) has different sized bottled but for a 10 oz bottle it is around 3 or 4 dollars. The cacao was around 9 dollars for a 6 ounce bag. I have heard good things and bad things about cacao. THe bad things I heard was that it was toxic and no animal on earth will eat it unless it is doctored up with cream and sugar. The good things I heard was that it was packed with antioxidants or something. I paid all that money for mine so I am eating them!
