A cayene pepper poultice (not chilli) is good to give the thyroid a bit of a kick start.
And seaweed, seaweed, seaweed!
Okra is great aswell.
i have hypothyroid and avoid broccoli, kale, cabbage, spinach most of the time. won't hurt you on occasion. but for my daily smoothies i have swiss chard. in green juice, parsley. plenty of lettuce and salad greens.
