You may be detoxing. When in detox, acids are drawn to the surface.
Do you use a lot vinegar by any chance? I do (balsamic) but am not sure if I should be. Could this be a cause of being too acidic?
I only use Braggs raw vinegar in my salad dressing. I eat 2 big salads every day. I think that should be okay. I think my body is just so messed up. I am going to see if things improve.
Thanks for the comments.
Hi, Letucelove!
How do you test alkaline? Is it the same pH thing?
Yes, pee and a strip. Is there another way?
I don't know, I've never done it before, but probably should!
What I meant by asking if it is the same as the pH thing was meant like - what exactly do you mean by doing the alkaline test, are you measuring your pH?
Where can you get those strips? Pharmacies?
I have never tested to see if my body is alkaline ect... is it necessary?
llindaaa, yes PH is testing your acidity/alkalinity. You should be able to buy them at drugstores. I just found a site that gives info an an alkaline diet (I'm not sure if it is 100 % RAW) that you may find helpful:

Lindaaa, my nutritionist gave them to me and put me on a mostly alkaline diet. After a couple of months, my body was in balance, but the supplements I was taking were costing too much money. I had to stop going this past summer because of the price. That is when I started researching a fully raw diet. I am planning to see him after the first of the year to see if I was able to accomplish the same thing without all of the supplements.
Thanks for posting. AND good luck during the Thanksgiving/Christmas season. I don't think I will be tempted at all, but it does get a little weird around family having to explain everything all the time. Some people don't get it.
