  • Funny, been having a lot of fruit fly issues as well. I guess the bowls of sprouts on the counter don’t help. What to do?
  • poor kitty! CleanAsAWhistle, are you serious? I hope that’s a self portrait.
  • Well I’ve read that the big guys are doing this to farmers. Monsanto, companies like that, making seeds genetically modified to grow corn or soy but the offspring are sterile and the farmers have to buy new seeds every season. Also, the corn is modi…

  • I make a big salad at the beginning of the week…just greens and basic veggies. And I sprout some beans/grains, maybe make a batch of dressing. I keep the salad in a big tupperware bowl in the fridge and every day add toppings and dressings fresh. It…

  • That’s great! My fiance has been doing this diet with me too, even though he thinks it is crazy. I am grateful to have support like that. It’s also interesting to see how my system deals with the same food as his, yet we get different reactions.
  • I’ve heard that people with sugar issues like hypoglycemia would do better with vegetable juices, rather than fruit. Also that after awhile on this diet the hypoglycemia will stop being a problem. ??

  • I also find that I’m not eating until 9pm most nights. By the time I leave work, go to yoga, commute out of the city…it gets late fast. So what I’m trying to do is prepare the food even if it is late, eat a little, and bring the rest for lunch the n…
  • I tend to agree with jgfergus, just based on common sense. If you can’t see it or understand it then people will try to sell you something. I have heard good things about the cleanses by Dr. Schultz. But I have never wanted to try any boxed remedy. …
