Makes one pintI made this this morning, it was a really filling breakfast smoothie, which kept hunger at bay for 4 hours…
Ingredients:
.33 cup Almonds, Soaked overnight
1½ tablespoon Poppy seeds
1½ tablespoon Shelled hemp seeds
1½ tablespoon Seasame
seeds
½ cup water
2 tablespoon Raw cacao powder
1 Banana, broken into about 3 pieces
1 Orange, peeled and cut in
half
1 Apple, Cored and cut into chunks
8 Raspberries, none!
Preparation:
Add the hemp, seasame and poppy seeds along with the almons and water, blend till nut milk-like.
Add cacao then fruit and blend again.
