You could eat it on it’s own like chocolate mousse… Veeeery good!
2 Large avocados, peeled and seeded
½ teaspoon vanilla
sprinkle unrefined salt
½ cup honey or agave nectar, (start with less and adjust to taste)
½ cup carob powder
Process the avocado, salt and sweetener until blended. Add powdered carob and process briefly until creamy.
*You can add one very ripe banana to stretch the amount of icing without affecting the texture, but it will affect the taste.
