A simple, three-ingredient smoothie. I have not explored any of the other delightful, additional things that could be added (e.g. dates, pears, etc) - but I am sure that someone will try it and let us know!!

One banana,
one cup of almond milk
one small aubergine (UK-speak). In North America, "eggplant".
Agave nectar to taste (not truly raw, and optional)
Blend to your hearts content. I drunk it cold.
Post-blending notes. The recipe (as above) comes out with a taste that reminds me of unsweetened soy milk.
