So I got out of yoga class at 9 PM and came home knowing that it was too late too gorge on the walnut "meatballs" uncooking in the dehydrator. What to do?
The following shake is the beautiful baby that was born from my post-yogic brain. Enjoy it. Savor it. Ommmmmmmmmm

Goddess Shake, serves one cool frothy glass
Ingredients:
Half a banana
a few walnuts (i used 4)
1 and a half cups almond
milk
half a cup of water
one tablespoon maca powder (http://www.macaeffects.com/top-health-benefits-of-maca [2] - a great web site with a bunch of information about Maca root)
sprinkle of cinnamon
squirt of honey
i added a tablespoon of splenda, though you could use stevia or
more honey. be free!
Blend everything in a high-power blender until frothy, creamy and oh-so-heavenly! you could even blend it for a little while longer to make it into a warm drink.
