Hello....i am new to raw eating. I was just wondering theportion of fruits and veg gie i should should use for my 19 month old toddler? usually she has 8 oz from the batch i do for my self...... what fruits can and should not juice for a toddler.
Also would like to know how does a daily menue look for a toddler eating raw? and how to transition a toddler to raw food? Thank you very much! :)
