urad dahl is a small bean from India. it has a grayish black exterior and th kernel is cream colored. it is extremely easy to
sprout. make sure to purchase the whole bean, not split. they are available in stores that sell Indian products.

Ingredients:
2 cups sprouted urad dal
1/2 avocado
1/2 lemon
1/3 cup minced shallot
shoyu or celtic salt

garnish: sprouts and diced tomatos
Preparation:
mash avocado with lemon juice and mix everything
