Ingredients:
nuts and/or seeds
rejuvelac
Preparation:
1. blend nuts/seeds with rejuvelac
2. pour into cheese bag and squeeze out liquid
3. hang over the sink at room temperature for 8-12 hours to drain
4. store in fridge
