Ingredients:
for the crust:
2 cups almonds soakec 24 hours
4-6 dates, pitted
for the filling
4 bananas, frozen
3 fresh bananas
3 tbsp carob powder
1-2 tsp mint extract
carob
chips, for garnish
Preparation:
1. alternate putting almonds and dates in juiccer with blank plate and press into a 9-inch pie plate
2. freeze for 2 hours
3. process filling ingredients
4. pour into pie crust and garnish with carob
chips
5. put in freezer for 2 hours
6. when ready to serve, let soften in fridge for 30 minutes
