Ingredients:
1 cup dulse
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds, soaked 6-8 hours, sprouted 2 days, rinsing 3 times daily (can be stored in water, changing water every seond day)
1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 cup fresh dill,
chopped
1 cucumber, peeled
juice of 1 lemon
dash cayenne
Preparation:
shred all, mix and serve
