This recipe isn't AMAZING or anything, but it's simple and it looks pretty when served in a fancy glass and garnished with a thin round of orange.
1 lb bing cherries, pitted (I used frozen dark sweet cherries. wonder if that makes much difference)
1/2 lb seedless grapes
2 ripe pears, peeled and cored
1/2 tsporange extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 orange, sliced on a mandolin slicer into rounds for garnish (optional)
liquify in a blender and chill before serving in parfait cups.
garnish with an orange slice.
