The recipe name says it all! These are yummy, quick wraps for a snack or dinner. They’re good for breakfast too!
1 ripe avocado, sliced
1 head dinosaur kale, each leave sliced in half
5 medjool dates, pitted and cut in half
Lay half a date and a slice or two of avocado on the end of a sliced kale leaf. Roll, eat!
I like to sprinkle some sea salt on the avocado first – then you get the sweet/salty taste, yum!
