5 minute slaw
Servings:
Serves 4-6So QUICK & EASY, I always make this one after making the broccoli salad…this way the stalks don’t go to waste. The best part is, my two year old eats it up!!
Ingredients:
½ head red/purple cabbage, slice small enough to fit in food processor
½ cup baby peeled carrots
(handful)
3 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
5 broccoli stalks
2 teaspoon flax oil
2 teaspoon sweetener of choice (raw honey, stevia, raw
agave)
1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
Preparation:
I use my food processor & one bowl…that’s it, easy clean-up! Use the shredding side of disc and do carrots & broccoli stalks first, then flip and do cabbage. Add all other ingredients in big bowl. Eat immediately or let marinate for awhile in the fridge.

I added raisens, but next time I think I'll add apples instead. Didn't have any seeds, but I really missed them.

Yum! I only had Hemp Seed Oil so I used that instead. Staying with the nutty taste, I added peacans and dulse flakes. So good...
