This is a versatile and delightful spread. You can also use it as a dip, or even as a salad dressing.
Ingredients:
1 avocado
½ lemon, juiced
2 tablespoon dulse flakes
2
tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation:
In a food processor, mix the lemon juice with the avocado, then add the oil gradually with the other ingredients.
(Dulse is “a dark red edible seaweed with flattened branching fronds.”)

This was really good. I left out the sweetener accidentally, and it turned out good anyway. The curry adds a really nice touch, and I would not have thought of it. Thanks.
2. I'd use honey or better yet
I'd use honey or better yet stevia.
Maybe soaked chia to consistancy if you are going to avoid the agave and honey for the stevia, like me.
