Servings:
One or MoreA very simple way to make and eat greens.
Preparation:
No Ingredients or Measures, I just make things based on how hungry I am or how much I need to make. Choose from: dandelion, spinach, chard, cabbage-red or green, radishes, peppers, carrot, celery, cucumber and so many more to pick from. Rounghly
cut up to fit in a blender. Add a cup of water, balsamic vinegar, Sea Salt / Soy Sauce / Maggi (a European version of Soy Sauce but with a different flavor) or fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Add herbs of choice like garlic, chives, parsley, oregano or other herb of choice. Try a small amount of horseradish or chilli for a bit of heat. Blend until smooth. Drink
up.
—For people who would like a bit more, add nuts or seeds and a bit more liquid.

I am going to give this a try because sometimes I get tired of chewing through that whole bowl of greens. I also know I will be able to assimilate a lot more of it! Thanks for the idea!

This is such a great way to increase your energy so that it's high high high. Blended foods are fantastic and easy on the digestion, especially if you limit the amount of seeds/nuts/fats.
