AlotI made this cake for my sons 10th birthday. Last year I looked at the recipe and felt overwhelmed this year I tried it and it is sooo good. Just want to post incase someone has a kid birthday coming up, or an adult. It just feels so important to make special stuff for raw kids on an occasion like a birthday.
Ingredients:
Strawberry Shortcake from cafe gratitude's Sweet gratitude book

I love Café Gratitude! I have had this at the actual restaurant in mission. Delicious. Unfortunately I just found out that the majority of their nuts are pasteurized : (. So I guess I will have to make their desserts from scratch from now on. Anyway, this looks beautiful. Great job!
