Carob Frosting

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut water
1 avocado
3 Tbsp raw honey or agave (optional)
1
tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup raw carob powder, or more, to taste
Preparation:
using the "s" blade on your food processor, blend avocado, coconut water, and honey.
add vanilla.
add carob gradually, to
taste.
adjust sweetness.
